CarePOV™myEvolv® Anywhere (D) app for iPhone and iPad

CarePOV™myEvolv® Anywhere is a mobile application that supports community-based direct service providers in the community or in remote areas. The application is designed to manage appointments, document services, assessments, and tasks in a connected or disconnected environment.
Using a tablet, session data, data collection and electronic signatures are captured, stored and automatically synchronized to the person’s electronic health record (EHR) thereby creating a complete view of the person’s care history.
